Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance which may include plumbing, painting, flooring repair, electrical repairs, and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors for professional repairs when necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and repair manuals.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with an eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude, with the ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills and physical stamina.
