Title: Account Manager – Imperial Golf
Report to: CSR Manager
Department: Imperial
FSLA Status: Salary – Exempt

Paramount Apparel DBA: Imperial Headwear is in search of a self-directed Account Manager who will manage special accounts, assist in facilitation of orders from the VP of Sales, and train customer service representatives, as well as other projects as assigned. This is a hybrid remote position, meaning a significant portion of, but not all, job functions can be performed remotely. This position reports directly to the CSR Manager.

Salary: $47,000 – $65,000

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Organize operations with the import team.
  • Assist in the facilitation of orders from the VP of Sales & Senior VP of Sales.
  • Coordinate customer inventory.
  • Train Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
  • Manage all processes necessary for high end/major events.
  • Build relationships with customers and clients.
  • Communicate with other departments within the organization.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
  • Perform all processes digitally.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Need

  • Experience: Customer Service experience (Required); Administrative Experience (Preferred)
  • Education: High School Degree (Required); Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field (Preferred)
  • Ideal Characteristics:
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

You will leverage your skills in customer service and administration to manage special accounts, coordinate orders, and train CSRs, ensuring a high level of professionalism and positive rapport with customers.
